Mr. Guinen is CEO/CFO and a senior plumbing and fire protection leader with 34 years of engineering and project management experience. As Plumbing/Fire Protection Department Manager, he provides executive and technical oversight for concept development, design, specifications, and construction supervision across complex plumbing and fire protection systems.
Scott brings senior-level expertise to mission-critical building systems, including sanitary and laboratory waste drainage; potable, non-potable, well, treated, RODI, and WFI water systems; natural gas; fuel storage and dispensing; medical gas; compressed air; and laboratory gases, including flammable, pyrophoric, corrosive, and highly toxic gases. His fire protection leadership includes standpipes, wet, dry, deluge, and pre-action sprinkler systems, fire pumps, water storage, and gaseous and foam-water extinguishing systems.
His project portfolio includes new construction, renovations, and expansions for healthcare, higher education, research, manufacturing, bio-pharma, and laboratory clients. He supports clients and project teams in advancing BIM-enabled delivery, sustainable design, and energy-efficient strategies, including LEED-certified facilities.
